Our first ever Homebrewer of the Year (HBOY) dinner is coming up next week on June 22 at The Perch. ASH’s 2015 HBOY, Mark Peterson, re-brewed two of his award-winning beers with The Perch brew crew. These special release beers will be featured in a four-course paired beer dinner prepared by Chef Tim McGovern. The beer portion of the menu will be rounded out with two additional beers brewed with ASH members Danielle Schanke/Mike Bush and Ken Forrey.
