The Arizona Society of Homebrewers is a homebrew club based in the east valley of Phoenix, Arizona. Founded in 1994, the club promotes homebrewing appreciation and knowledge through its monthly meetings and festivals.

ASH Celebrates National Mead Day with a Mead Brew Out at Steve McKellips' house on Aug 2nd. This will be a registered AHA site for the event. If you are a Mead Brewer or just would like to see how Mead is made then reserve time for this Saturday. Email ASH2008meadday@yahoo.com for directions or if you have any questions.

Ron Kloth won the honor of representing ASH in the first round of the AHA Club Only Competition for 2008-2009 with his Cherry Melomel. Second round will be 'Imperial' beers of any style. The date for the ASH Oktoberfest Home Brew Competition Judging has been set. Saturday October 4th at Del Sol Reception hall (the same location we hold our meetings). The dates and locations for entry drop-off will be reported when known. Barry Weeg has generously volunteered to coordinate this event.
