Hop Off The Presses! TOMORROW is the first round of Spring Classic judging. Yes it is here and happening. Please arrive by 8 am to get settled in and prepared for the first session. If you have not registered for a session yet, the portal is still open for Judges to select a session. If you have elected a Virtual session you will receive a pairing notification soon so you can coordinate your judging over the next week. Virtual Judging Flight Cover sheets are due by Saturday morning in order to facilitate any possible BOS candidates.
The judging tables have been arranged to support ample separation. We have sanitizer at each table. Masks are required when moving around as well as when you are not in active eating or tasting activities. Stewards will have gloves and masks for flight delivery and judge support. Please bring a mask to wear for on-site activities. Light breakfast bites, coffee and lunch will be provided. Thank you all for making this possible.
Virtual Flights will be at the clubhouse for pick-up. (1303 W. 21st St Tempe, AZ 85282)
