Fermenters 101; Arizona Homebrewing Basics – Join the Arizona Society of Homebrewers (ASH) for a discussion of homebrewing with practical instruction on brewing an extract batch of beer, as well as fermentation basics from mead and cider. Class is led by ASH President, Rob Fullmer, and will cover the history of brewing, homebrewing, and the craft brewing movement. Guest speakers include medal-winning ASH homebrewers and professional brewers from the valley. Prerequisite: Participants must be 21 years old; ID is required.
