2024 ASH Homebrewer of the Year (HBOY) Competition Leaderboard
The 2024 competitive brewing season is now over for ASH HBOY. The competition was fierce with 27 members of ASH competing throughout the year. A number of members started separating with 11 members earning medals at NHC Regionals. The competition was still close even with some members earning NHC National silver and bronze medals. After the Copper State Cup competition there were a couple of clear front runners for 2024 HBOY and after tallying the Out of State comps and the European Beers – Belgian competition we had a final victor. Congratulations to Tyler Miller, 2024 Homebrewer of the Year!
Tyler took home all the accolades including a custom engraved whiskey stave trophy, a Blichmann Riptide brewing pump, the opportunity to commercially brew one of his winning recipes with The Shop Beer Co. in Tempe, AZ and the coveted reserved parking space at the ASH Clubhouse!
Congratulations as well to all the other competitors. We have a strong community of talented homebrewers and we look forward to your participation in future competitions.
